he was retired for 2 years, and had 2 fights in a span of 9 months. Why would he needs more time off? especially when he has Manny wanting him in the ring and the rest of the world calling him a coward.
If he takes another break, he's a *****. Theres no excuses right now. The fight is scheduled for November, NOT tomorrow. That would be 7 months in between fights for him.

The Manila Bulletin reported yesterday that welterweight titlist and international superstar Manny Pacquiao has been linked to an "attempted ambush" of a mayor in the Philippines. One of the vehicles used in the attempt is allegedly registered to Pacquiao's wife, Jinkee. The fighter has denied the charges that he was affiliated with the crime.
A report by SunStar.com.ph said police cited that one of the vehicles used by apprehended suspects in the attempt to ambush Yap was reportedly registered under Pacquiao’s wife, Jinkee
