if he admits he knew than his entire career comes into question and none can defend that. i like to give margarita the benefit of the doubt because of how it all went down and how his career has looked. i dont currently believe he used plaster his entire career, but if he did admit it i would have to rethink it.
even though one strip of plaster in the center of a wrap doesnt scream resto vs collins to me like it does to others. many things were different. but still, it is boxing history and cant be ignored. fighters lives are on the table and if a boxer knowingly repeated the resto process with what happened to collins-----its bad and i cant support it. i didnt feel an ounce of anything positive for resto when he admitted he knew. it mad me madder about it tbph.

it's just two different situations all together...........in the Resto case Lewis soaked his hand wraps in plaster of Paris they removed pads from the gloves....the gloves were not tampered with here.....and did you see the sliver of pad that was removed from the gloves??? and most importantly the out come was no where near what happened with the Resto case....essentially no harm no faul.....I mean there are all these what if...and it coulda happened.....but it didn't.......dont get me wrong....im not saying it was right...but it happened....now everyone is past it.....alls im saying is the Resto case just can't be compared......

And to be honest that is where you can tell if some one is just talking out they ass or if they really know they ****..........some of these arguments/convos can really show you who is a legit fan of the sport and who is talkin bout **** they have no clue about......

What you are describing is actually just considered assault, when you actually beat someone up thats either assault with a deadly weapon or battery.

No, I never said anything about actually beating someone up? A confrontation could be something as simple as an argument or waiting for someone in front of their house without any type of physical engagement. If you have any weapon in possession, even something in your car that could be considered as a weapon (baseball bat, pipe, knife, etc.), it could be probable cause for arrest. You don't have have to physically assault anyone. It's not guaranteed that you would be found guilty, as it would be challenging for a prosecutor to prove your guilty intent, but you still have to fight a case against you.

Margarito's case is obvious. Showing up to a professional boxing match with illegal substances in his wraps can't get anymore clear.
