How can you be supposedly negotiating a fight between Packy and Floydie however at the same time saying and negotiating a fight and location with either margs or cotto against Packy?
THat is total disrespect to any fighter not just Floyd. To me that goes to show that Arum isnt really trying to negotiate a fight with Floyd. First of all they never agreed on the whole fight. They agreed on certain terms but at no point was the fight agreed on. Manny Flat out said no to the testing so he didnt agree to the testing and then while "flying" disagreed.

Noboody was even close to signing any contracts and the fight was never agreed on because the testing was never agreed on
