What will Floyd do if the fight can't be made?

The only reason Floyd fought Shane is because Shanes opponent had to drop out of the fight, Floyd was in the middle of looking for an opponent, and Shane was suddenly standing in front of Floyd and there was no way around him. If you read my posts and threads I have started, you will realize that I never call into question Floyds talent or abilities, mainly just his choice of opponents. If it hadnt been for Berto pulling out against Shane, Floyd would have fought a total chump. Again, read my posts, despite being a Paq fan I am picking Floyd to win a good fight if it actually happens, but dont think that Floyd will decide the reward is worth the risk.

GBP and Mayweather paid Berto $3 mil to step away so floyd could fight shane. Shane agreed b/c he got double the payday. I'm not reffering to any other posts but the one I responded too. If you legitimately think floyd would fight a "chump" what would you be basing that opinion on?

i think if the fight will not be made this november then floyd will take a temporary vacation and come back again if there is a low risk high reward fight available.

Floyd wouldnt make Martinez fight him at a catchweight, Of course the other guy is bigger but it is what it is. Floyd fought everyone at the official weight classes so he's not going to just demand a catchweight all of a sudden now. Mayweather doesnt need to drain the opponent's like Pacquiao, He wins under any circumstances.

If you review floyds resume and reach that conclusion then your opinion can't be respected. Besides, what fighter do you know that fights when he knows he's going to lose? Other than Josh Clottey?

Better yet what fighter thinks he is going to lose when he steps in the ring? Hate floyd all you want. But at least have an opinion supported by facts.
