Fighter A has zero fights at that weight-class. Fighter B has 2 fights and his record is 1-1 or some **** like that.

Yet these two fighters are fighting for the vacant title.

wbc never was official. has great influence, but not official. same with the ring or any other belt. you'll always have people saying otherwise. that's why the best need to fight the best to decide who's officially the champ. any belt is just icing on the cake.
