I'm pretty much sold that it was a **** proposal that was sent to Mayweather for his approval. They've been trying to make fights with Cotto or Margarito since the beginning of Mayweather/Pacquiao negotiations. Who does that?

Fighter A has zero fights at that weight-class. Fighter B has 2 fights and his record is 1-1 or some **** like that.

Yet these two fighters are fighting for the vacant title.

Obviously Floyd vs Pac is what I want.

But...

Imagining Pac vs Margarito IN THE MIDDLE EAST at 154 pounds is pretty epic to me. That's a tough, tough fight for pac, possibly one he could lose.

Winning an 8th belt obviously wouldn't mean much at all since its a vacant belt and marg's obviously doesn't deserve his #1 status.

Again, the middle east part, which I doubt would happen, is what would really do it for me. It would be amazing.
