"We said everything would be 50-50 but that each territory could go to where the highest amount could be made. They insisted that [in]the German territory [the broadcaster] would have to be RTL but ARD are our [German TV] partner and would be interested in showing the fight. Our view was, 'if you want to restrict your territory, you keep it and we'll have have the UK and you have Germany. Everything else can stay 50-50.' Also Sauerland Event gave us the opportunity to win the WBA tile and are our promotional partner - they need to be considered. We've never said no to the Klitschko fight."
