There were many factors that led to Mosley getting beat but I just think that Mayweather was too good of a boxer.. I think Mosley could have had a more competitive fightbut he was just rusty. I dont think hes finished as a fighter... I just want a fight to see what he has left. Mora should be a good gauge. After that, I can make up my own mind if he is still elite, which I think he is. Mayweather is just a different level of fighter.

Floyd didn't "recover" in the 3rd. He recovered within 20 seconds of getting rocked and dominated the rest of the round.
I think him getting rocked was the best part of the fight. I've never seen anyone get hit so hard and have a smile on there face. Actually that punch reminded of when Mosley stopped Marg-a-cheato, only difference was Mayweateher smiled and damn near busted out laughing.... did he wink over at HBO?

no disrespect but this kind of boxer is one reason of the downfall of boxing. He is not the same good fighter Shane on that May 1 event (not sure the reason behind) and now he wants to continue fighting as if nothing happens. what a SHA(M)NE...

He should of had someone else wrapping his hands other then Richardson cause that killed his warm up time. You see how dry he was when he got into the ring? Not saying that was the only factor but it definitely contributed to his loss. Taking nothing away from Floyd though cause he put on a clinic.
Yeah, I noticed that also but, still same outcome.

I know Im going to get slammed by alot of people again but this is just my theory.........till this day I still believe both fights Pac vs Clottey and Mayweather vs Mosley were fixed fights. Why......first the Pac fight boh fighters under Arum. Clottey makes enough $ plus extra cash for throwing the fight......making Pacquiao look invincible. Than you have Mayweather vs Mosley who both are promoted bt GBP...and who's Oscar's partner? Wow it's Mosley. The Mosley I've followed for most of his career would of never gassed out in the 2nd round.....now if he was a MMA fighter I would of bought it. After Mosley rocked Mayweather he never threw another "Im going knock your head off punch". Than Mayweather moving toward and being the aggressor there's another sign this fight was fixed. Just look outside the box for one second.....here we have two of the best fighters Mayweather and Pacquiao the whole world can't wait for these two to fight. Why not fix a couple of fights making MILLIONS and along the way make these two fighters look invincible setting up for the richest prize fight in history. Boxing is a business a business that can produce more money you or I can ever spend.....money=greed=corruption so am I off my rocker to even think those fights were fixed? For the record if Pac and May fight it will be legit since GBP and Arum can't stand each other.

When all the predictions were debunked, now it's that Shane got old after the 2nd round.
I'm eagerly anticipating the Pacquiao excuses...
"Manny was too small" -- "Manny's not a real welterweight" -- "Floyd wouldn't stand still" -- "The random blood tests weakened him" --
"Them USADA guys tested too early" -- "The testing interrupted his training" -- "Manny was also preparing for the elections" -- "The gloves were too tight" -- "The ring was too big" -- "Freddie couldn't get hard"
