Since HGH has been ruled out. Then the random BLOOD testing up to 2wk before the fight and 1 BLOOD testing after the fight PLUS Unlimited Urine testing should be enough to detect EPO if that is what a lot of floyd fans are concerned. And Blood doping is to much of a gamble with no guarantee of securing victory in a fight.Comment

then why may i ask WHY did usada stop BLOOD testing 18 days before the fight if there is a posibility that MOSELY OR FLOYD ARE BLOOD DOPING?Comment

you are damn right. but here is the difference. Floyd WANTS random blood and urine test with no cut off and asking for pac to agree to it, pac DOESNT want random blood and urine with no cut off...well hes down with random urine but not random blood
so what does that tell to you? seems like hes got something to hide to me
Let's just say that for example the blood testing goes forth and then we find out the blood testing for Pac and Mayweather ends around the same time give or take? Do we now automatically blame the USADA for not testing Pacquiao closer to the fight, or do we just rely on the USADA's testing measures regardless of a "14 day" clause being put in (which may not even be met technically to how the tests ultimately will run)? Who's right or wrong in that situation being the testing protocol seems to have been the biggest deal with the negotiations?Comment

First of all, there is no doubt that it takes less than 24 hours to hide HGH (according to Conte).
Secondly, there is also a BIG possibility that using PEDS or HGH can help in training in that it can conceivably allow a fighter to train longer and harder and thus give him more strength, stamina, endurance during a fight.
That being said, let us just say FOR THE SAKE OF CONVERSATION, that Pac is indeed taking HGH, and if floyd jr. agrees to the 14 day window, he takes that opportunity to take HGH, with the intention of improving his training.
How can this actually help him train when at this point in time, he would be winding down his training? It is common knowledge in the athletic world that an athlete must not exert himself/herself close to the time of their performance.
This is to prevent overtraining and allow the body to heal so that when the time to fight/perform comes, the athlete is in top shape.
Note though that i'm a simple layman and am in no way an expert in PEDS, HGH or such and i'm not pretending to be one. I just have a couple of questions i want answered and hopefully someone would be willing to adequately answer them.
Take some, fight your mum and find out.

but pacquiao is allowing blood tests after the fight, surely he'd have to have the EPO in his system during fight night for it to be of any useComment

heres the definition for those who are confused
ran·dom
1. Having no specific pattern, purpose, or objective: random movements.
2. Of or relating to an event in which all outcomes are equally likely, as in the testing of a blood sample for the presence of a substance.Comment
