  • Even if Cotto is stronger at 154, Pac will beat him. Pac has that mental edge now more so than before because he knows he can beat this guy, he has done it before. The opposite is true of Miguel, he knows he has lost to this guy before and when the going gets tough....he will start to fall apart.

    • You don't have to be afraid, to lose AGAIN.

He will go in there and get no vaseline again. Cotto just can't handle that style period.

I just hope he don't give Pacquiao his title at a catchweight again. It's fucking ******. If he wants a belt that bad, make him fight the proper weight.

      • Pac has speed but he's sloppy when he punches fast and gets hit a lot, that's why he had problems with marquez. A calm, disciplined cotto will beat him. Pac looked a bit confused against clottey at times. Talking about calm and disciplined, oh and very very smart, Mayweather jr will really shock the world when he and pac man meet. A rebel (Pac Man) in war has heart and would empty a ak47 and not hit Sh#@. A sniper (Money May) would take you out bullet by bullet and not miss when he does so.

it doesnt matter if the fight is at 140, 145, 150 or 154, pac will always beat cotto down because he is a far better boxer
if it doesn't make any difference, why make them come down?...why is there talk of rematch with another catchweight fight? if there is another catchweight fight i don't think it will drain cotto in this fight, but it will help manny so cotto won't go up too much in weight, that would be manny's advantage,i don't think thats fair, like people say,it' between 148-154,let cotto come in at any weight he wants,it's not fair for manny to say what weight the fighter has to come in,

Its always funny how the *******s say," Weight is no issue", yet their guy is the one making the issue out of it..WTF

              • If Cotto accepts this at a catch weight below 154, then he's fuckin beyond ******. But he lets Arum keep that doggy chain around his neck while he plucks his eyebrows, so what else could anybody expect?

what the **** you mean who cares if he is at his best? so you mean to tell me it doesn't matter if a fighter is not his best in a fight? unbelievable..

the weight plays a part when it's in terms of losing it, that's where dehydration comes into play but when you ADDING pounds it can prove to be a plus if you put the pounds on correctly..

my point is that it's harder for a fighter to lose weight whether it's 1 pound or 10 than it is to gain weight, losing just 1 pound can be a VERY tough task for some fighters just ask Kelly Pavlik and Ali Funeka, **** even Joan Guzman and Jose Luis Castillo can tell you that..

                  • What are they trying to accomplish by letting Miguel fight Pacquaio again? Wasn't the first fight convincing enough to show that Miguel got his ass handed to him?

Good luck getting people to pay for PPV's this time around. The fight wasn't even close.

                    • after pacquiao have done to cotto, cotto himself wont be afraid of pacquiao because of the money involve. i just wonder why arum insisting a rematch, there are lots of fighters out there which pacquiao havent face yet. why not give them a chance?
