they can fight at 140, but I dont think JMM can handle PAC at that weight, the fair weight for JMM is 135. PAC can go down to 135 but he will be giving JMM too much advantage by draining himself again. Boxers have testified that getting hit with any punch hurts a lot when you are so drained and it is a struggle just to move around and avoid punches.

Pacquiao ducked Marquez two years ago. He could have had it at 135 for all the marbles and the undisputed championship, but he ran away since he thought marquez was old before he took the rematch.
