Because people "Like" pac and people hate Mayweather. It's nothing but a popularity contest that's why I prefer clear unbiased rankings done by computer rather than decided by biased human beings. Mayweather. He finally fought a legit WW after so many years. too bad that WW was way past his best and had ring rust at that. Mayweather hasnt been exactly fighting the best opposition at WW before Mosley either. People will always remember that. Pacquiaos been fighting people that people thought hed lose to.
