I'm no expert here, but since it is not illegal in the State of Nevada i don't think NSAC test for Xylocaine. And its clear what Dr. Margaret Goodman said here. -

Margaret Goodman is an idiot, I mean he's a former medical advisor for the NSAC (Which set their own rules on numbing agents) and he has the nerve to question if USADA test for them? How ****** is he? Or is he trying to degrade OSDT for his own personal agenda? I'm more surprised at the amount of ****** people that ran with this.

They do test for that. It's only illegal if used within a week.

Thats what i don't get, when Dr Goodman was still connected with NSAC, she specifically said that using numbing agents has advantages, and Floyd admitted on national TV that he shoot both of his hands before the fight with numbing agents, but was not punish for doing so. But then again Mosley who also admitted to knowingly using EPO was not even suspended.
