Not saying it could or couldn't. But, look at it logically. If it hurts to punch someone and therefore you can't put your full power into a punch, and this shot gave you that ability... wouldn't that mean you would be able to throw harder punches because there would be no pain holding you back? While a bit of a stretch I know, technically that's considered performance enhancing. Also funny he only fights in Nevada... where it's legal... again, just looking at it logically.
