what kind of training did he observe zab doing? was it focused on increasing stamina?

lol I think zab Judah is clueless about training methods.

Is this the condition he's in now? He mentions Khan, so it has to be somewhat recent. Is he preparing for a fight date or just keeping active in the gym?

Honestly, I've fallen completely out of the Judah loop since following him for a while last year on UStream.

The self pep-talking on the rope at the end betrays that he's been spending a lot of time around Mayweather Jr., but the work itself throughout the video seems half-assed.

He's in fine shape for a regular guy, not so much for a fighter. When he gets a date to fight fixed, you'd think there'll be more intensity in his gym work and he'll start to look more the part.

a huge pile of disappointment and wasted talent.
nxt decent opponent he fights will confirm this opinion.

Quite a difference between him and Mayweather.

But not in smarts, it seems.

The 'hard work + dedication' mantra rings hollow without the Floydian levels of application and output to back it up.

It's kind of sad to see.

IMO he was a Floyd wannabe...............He never really grew into himself, but immitated others. That's what killed it for him.

yeah i agree 100 percent. judahs got all the talent but he gets tired too fast. prolly just too much partying. mike tyson was like that towards the end of his carreer. He said he went home after the Lennox Lewis fight and got drunk in high and went to sleep. I can see Judah doing that too, he probally doesnt but somethings up. those 2 to 3 round fighters normally have something else going on outside the ring it could food, drugs, girls, drinking even asthma but his conditioning aint where it has to be to compete at the highest level with guys like Pwill, Pacman and Floyd those guys can go 12 rounds no problem.

Zab would beat just about any SLW or WW in a 4 rounder, I give him that much.
