The most durable fighter of all time..

Was Marvin Hagler the most durable fighter of all time? He was able to take so much punishment and never been seriously hurt and retired with no serious injuries.

Rocky Marciano was pretty durable, I know he's an obvious choice and the same old boring choice but he's the obvious choice for a reason.

Jorge Castro is as durable a fighter as they come, I hope he can pull thru his car accident...the guy is a poor mans JL Castillo, but I think he may have a better beard or at least an equal one and that is saying a whole hell of lot.

Roy Jones said Castro was his most toughest opponent, his toughest fight.

Hagler does not have a speech problem. Get your fact straight. You must be thinking of Hearns. Hagler was the toughest SOB I ever seen. He had the best chin & the biggest heart I ever seen. He's the greatest middleweight of all time.

Just a mention Duran went from 130 to 160 had a good chin and still had power at what 34 when he won the middleweight belt.
Barkley went to work on the body and the sob took all the punishment.

There were some guys who weren't big names....who were durable as hell.

                    Anyone remember Marcos Villasana ?
He was a featherweight who fought mostly in the 80's (won crown in 90).
This guy fought a ton of fights.....which included matches with prime timers Azumah Nelson, Jeff Fenech, & Antonio Esparragoza.
These dudes were KILLERS, & Villasana pushed all of them to the limit....never coming close to being floored by any of them.
I'm pretty sure he never hit the deck.
