They dominate guys sort of like Mayweather does by shutting guys out almost completely. I think that generally, the K-bros are boring due to this as is Mayweather in his fights. The Klitschkos and Mayweather are accused of being boring yet Mayweather is an elite PPV only star, the only differences I can see are:

They are white, Mayweather is black

Mayweather is American, they are Ukrainian

Mayweather is a WW and they are HW's

There is possible competition in the WW divison for Mayweather while the K-bros have cleaned out all the American talent in the HW division

HBO has no problem showing these other foreign born guys because there are Americans in their respective divisions that could challenge them for title shots and they are promoted by American based companies.

The K-bros have dominated all the "top" American talent in the HW division and they promote themselves and bring in no money to the US economy. If they were American,they would both be touted as being better than Ali but they aren't American.
