Honestly the catchweight would benefit Cotto, since he's the bigger man. But who cares? No one wants to see this ****. This may be the only Pacquiao fight I won't order. Cotto should be trying get Margarito instead. He was whipping his ass for the first 5 rounds. Cotto only won the first, maybe the second round against Pac.

WE WANT FLOYD VS. PAC, nothing else.

I am sure Arum and Emmanuel Steward are the main guys pushing for this fight. Cotto might benefit financially, but health wise? He either has too much pride, or a deathwish.

Maybe the real "Cotto revenge" is Arum wanting to see Pac avenge Foreman's loss for him by beating up Cotto again. Who knows about this greedy bastard? The coverage and promotion Foreman was getting was ridiculously lopsided compared to Cotto's. I know Cotto is already well known, and Foreman is still a new face, but it was almost 70% Foreman coverage and 30% for Cotto. Arum and HBO treated Cotto like a shot fighter on his way out.

If Arum wants to promote his fighters equally and give newer, more obscure fighters the spotlight, Clottey would have had more attention placed on him. Instead, "the event" was all about Pac and the Dallas Cowboys Stadium.

This will be the third time Pacquiao has fought a sequal match that wasn't warranted. That's cherry picking x 3. Why can't we see something different like fights with Bradley or Alexander?

This is great news. I wanna see this rematch more than I wanna see a Gayfeather fight.

Hopefully Gayfeather stays true to character and ducks another real fight so that we can see this rematch.

the only fighters outside of mayweather that i would pay to see pacquiao fight would be berto, bradley, alexander, or williams. Im sick and tired of these "in house" fights that bob arum puts together. I became a big fan of pacquiao because he usually fought the best in the division. I accepted the Clottey fight because it was last minute but Pacquiao vs Cotto/Margarito has no excuse.

Promoters only get away with this crap because fans buy into it. Be smart and dont buy crappy fights and promoters will be forced to make tough exciting matchups.

Yeah, cuz everyone is clammering for this fight. Almost the same way the were for Diaz, Clottey and a 3rd fight w/Morales.
