How many paper titles can one man pick up? In this age of watered down belts, who cares about an "eighth title?" Some of you guys just lap anything up. Was David Diaz the real champ at 135? Since when did Ricky Hatton's IBO belt become something to be taken seriously? And now Miguel Cotto at 154? Cripes.

Yeah, thats the real point here.

Diaz was not the best LW, but Hatton probably still had a case for JWW.

I wasn't gonna mention those guys because you can probably pick-apart most fighters career if you really try..... but winning a title at catch-weight is unacceptable.

I will not buy that fight, nor any Margarito fight.

I do, thats something extraordinary that has never been done before, and probably won't be done again for a very long time. I want to be able to see it happening. Just like Jones-Ruiz, I wanted to see him get a title at heavy. But like i said before, if its done at any weight below 154, i'd be rooting for cotto.
