  • Do you think Manny Pacquiao is strong mentally?

And if not, how will this affect him if the Mayweather fight happens?

"The truth is taking blood out of my body does not seem natural to me and mentally I feel it will weaken me if blood is taken from me just days before the fight."

    - Manny Pacquiao

I dont think he is mentally that strong if a simple blood test mentally weakens him, and I can see floyd mentally raping him with words. Floyd will get in his head and have him beat before the fight happens, in the ring Manny will take a physical beating, so mentally and physically I think floyd will take him apart step by step.

We all know Floyd is the most mentally strong fighter in the game and the smartest fighter ever.

No. I think he'll fold when the going gets tough even though he can seriously fight. It's usually like that with offensive fighters sans Joe Calzaghe. Joe, even though I don't think he's great, digs in that place to get the W when the chips are down.

Is Floyd Strong physically? The fight between Pac and Floyd should be at 140.

Floyd is strong physically, Pac's punches are just harder.

I'm not convinced he's mentally strong, I mean we've seen him fold under pressure before. Whether he was young or not it's a mental thing and I dont see the same focus and belief in him that I see in Mayweather. Erik Morales broke down Pacquiao physically and mentally to the point where Pacquiao started crying after the fight. Somebody like that, it's easy to get in their head and I think Floyd will get in his head.

He will beat him mentally then beat him physically.

His reaction after the Morales fight was indeed embarrassing and hilarious. I think he's strong mentally to the point that he wants to be 100% ready on fight on, and he'll avoid certain negative things to stay focus on his game plan.
