I agree. It should be just like the Floyd and Mosley deal. When Mosley signed the contract, it was reported. So if they agreed to everything, Pac should have at least sign his part by now. Everyone was waiting on Floyd to sign his contract to fight Mosley, but everything was agreed on, and Mosley did signed his contract first.
