Because pacquaio is currently in the phillipines and we all know arums always have to fly all the way there for him to sign it like always.


Don't forget all of pacquaio negotiation team is in the US while his ass is in phillipines. Either way both pacquaio and floyd need to ****ing grow up and stop acting like divas and give the fans what they all want.
