Are you an insider on the negotiations? You talk as if you were at the table and you know for a fact what the hell is going on. If the contract is done why hasn't Manny signed. Why not send it to Floyd signed instead of waiting for him to approve. Its not done if all parties have not agreed. All parties include the fighters,trainers and managers.
