Its a shame the double standards people use when judging both manny and floyd's accomplishments inside the ring, and lifestyle outside of it. Floyd hasn't said a word about what he plans on doing yet. However, his silence gives off the impression (to his critics) that he's not going to agree or sign the contract. If this is the case (to his critics) he's going to be accused of ducking or running from a fight with Pacquiao. These same critics though never called Pacquiao a ducker when he rejected the same deal earlier this year.

Floyd has fought and beating more lineal and current champions than Pacquiao, his reign of supremacy is twice as long as Pacquiao's, and he's never lost. It's hard for me to call somebody a ducker because he didn't fight 2 welterweights (Margarito and Cotto) that most people think he should've. When ironically those 2 ww were under his former promoter who to this day he can't stand. If i play favorites that way i cheat history and it takes away the fact that back in the late 99's early 2000's he was dominating the jr lightweight division from top to bottom. Guys like Mosley( who ironically later in his career he would be accused of ducking too) and De La Hoya didn't wanna see Mayweather.

What bothered me from the minute the announcement about random testing was called upon by Mayweather was the lack of public outcry for Manny to do so. People turn it around and say Mayweather wants to change the rules but this is after he agreed to pay 10million if he came in overweight. Why isn't Team Pacquiao accused of trying to change them then? If somebody accuses you of something and you know you didn't do any wrong why even go through the negotiation process. Floyd senior made those same assumptions before hand and Mayweather has been hinting at that since he beat Marquez. If im innocent and it's to the point were the accusations are so outlandish that a response is not warranted then **** YOU AT THE TABLE im out. File your lawsuit then. Not after your weak attempt to pretend to wanna oblige Mayweathers demands only to reject the same offer your willing to accept now.

When you hear people on this site speak, its almost like their in shock to hear that a lot of people do believe Pacquiao is guilty of something. Maybe it was when after their 1st fight with Morales he hired a former balco employee as his conditioning coach. Maybe its that its been reported by numerous boxers and sparring partners and known by people in the business that Wild Card Gym has performance enhancers running wild inside there. Maybe realizing that freddie roach trained a roided James Toney before and tried to pretend that it was his medication that made him test positive raised eyebrows. I got it, its when Alex ariza (Manny's conditioning coach) went on record and stated that "Manny has no idea what he puts in his body, I make special blends for him to take". Blends of what? Maybe it was the numerous excuses they had when mayweather 1st made the request. First they were totally against it, then they only wanted to submit to 3 ANNOUNCED blood tests. Then it was manny get's superstitious about having blood drawn to close to fight night, therefore the best we can do on drawing blood is 30days before the fight. After a mediator sat down and listened to both sides they came down 6 days off there original demand fight off. 14 days wasnt fair then.

If i was mayweather i wouldn't agree to 14days now and i would tell them because im superstitious too,but its not with drawing blood i would be superstitious about history repeating itself. Because the last boxer to hold the fighter of the decade award (Roy Jones jr) also tested positive for steroids in his career. Team Pacquiao isn't begging for the fight as much as there begging the public to look at the smokescreens and not the issue at hand. "We been asking for this fight since Mayweather beat Mosley if he rejects these terms please dont think it's because Manny doesn't wanna take random blood test.

I personally don't believe Pac is using "PEDS" but I can certainly understand WHY people think he does. Especially when the testing system for boxing has in fact failed. Also note that when I say people I don't specifically say THE Mayweather's because other people in the boxing community believe something is up as well.

One thing Mayweather's critics get twisted and like to ignore or just simply don't know is Arum was Mayweather's promoter. They have very bad blood and like you have stated there is a reason Cotto and Marg didn't get a fight with Mayweather. Whats really interesting facts that people should know is how Arum speaks so highly about Pac now used to preach that Floyd was the greatest and the best of the best etc etc etc too.

Arum is the one that knows Mayweather and doesn't want ANYONE from his stable to fight him. Remember now, Arum former promoter, he knows what Mayweather is capable of. Just as Freddie Roach (Former trainer of Hoya) knew what Hoya could and couldn't do when fighting Pac at 147.

Think now for a second, what would people say if Mayweather had a Super Middleweight like Bute, Dirrell, Ward or even a middleweight like Martinez or Strum meet him at 147 and they walked into the ring looking like Hoya did (IV HOLES IN HIS ARM) and Mayweather destroyed that Super Middleweight / Middleweight? He wouldn't get credit. His critics (the ones that praise Pac's win over Hoya) will talk of how they were drained etc.

Anyway great post. it pretty much sums up how I feel about the entire situation.

mayweather cant beat pacquiao in the ring (cuz he thinks hes on roids)

mayweather cant beat pacquiao in the courtroom (cuz there all kinds of evidence of libel and defamation)

mayweather would rather retire than get into the ring with pacquiao and thats a fact

according to you then if mayweather retires then he still has to face this sissy lawsuit anyway. but pac can't win this sissy lawsuit because all statements made were based on opinion which is protected by the constitition.and pac dam sure can't beat mayweather in the ring.
