in the case of mayweather, he has a legitimate reason to be concern about taxes
he just had to pay 8 million in back taxes + 35% in sep. And had to pay 35% in may for mosley.
so considering his circumstances you can not blame him
for being concern about more taxes. So it is understandable ...

that's not a sure thing...if mayweather promotions is a registered business entity it may even end up with a net loss for the year and doesn't have to pay taxes. it all depends on how much income they earn against their total expenses.

Lol... In a lot of cases it's smart to make a little less one year and stay in the smaller tax bracket. Even though you earn a bit less you end up with more due to the percentage you owe based off how much you make.

For Floyd.. He is the 2nd highest paid athlete in the us. Floyd reaches the max tax brackets with just one fight.

Earning a bit less in a year for Floyd will do no good since he is clearing the highest bracket by such a large margin

Do we even know Floyd wants 60%?? Do we know what compromise was reached (if one was) for OST? Do we know what terms Floyd is looking at right now?? Do we actually know anything at all??????? The answer is no.....we can just speculate.......


i had one point and one point precisely. It makes little sense that 2 parties are going to come to any mutual agreement whilst one of the parties is suing the other.
