floyd will pay the maximum tax rate for 2010 no matter what. same thing will happen in 2011 if he decides to fight pac that year. with the kind of money that floyd earns in just one fight, saving on taxes is out of the issue. he should be worrying about paying the right taxes at the right time or face another tax suit. taxes has nothing to do with floyd's decision to fight pac.
Floyds "tax issue" for the year, for possibly not fighting in 2010?

that actually makes sense......i don't see how one fighter is going to fight another if that party has an active lawsuit against them seeking "punitive" damages. Even "if" Manny agrees to full OST and 40% i think it would still be an issue. I'm just guessing....we haven't heard anything about the status of this suit in some time. It stands to reason the fight won't happen unless it get's dropped-----> He's suing GBP, Floyd Jr, Sr etc-----> how the *** are they gonna come to a deal with that hovering over their heads??Comment

A Business's fiscal year can be set at the companys own discretion, so you don't know when the fiscal year for Mayweather Promotions would start or end.. Corporations can choose their own 52 weeks time period..Comment

Exactly, Fiscal year is ending any month except on December.Comment

in the case of mayweather, he has a legitimate reason to be concern about taxes
he just had to pay 8 million in back taxes + 35% in sep. And had to pay 35% in may for mosley.
so considering his circumstances you can not blame him
for being concern about more taxes. So it is understandable ...Comment
