gbp knows beforehand from floyd what floyd wants.
gbp will only make a draft contract with arum beliving that they got what floyd wants...otherwise they will not make the draft.
gbp can always consult with floyd regarding the terms during negotiations...before making any draft contract.

What it really sounds like is Schaefer got the best deal he could get and sent it over to Floyd cause why would Schaefer say no comment and act like he's not confident the deal will get done if he was happy with what's in the deal? If I remember correctly, Floyd said no 50/50 and no cut offs. 60/40 and random was what he asked for.. Therefore, this doesnt excite me a bit. You can't just expect Floyd to sign immediately on terms that arent what he specified.
