Top Rank CEO Bob Arum informed Kevin Iole of Yahoo Sports that the negotiations to make a November bout between Floyd Mayweather Jr. and Manny Pacquiao - are complete. Arum did not specify the details but he said all of the existing issues have been resolved and that includes the two main issues - a random drug testing protocol being involved and the split of the money between both fighters.

Arum said this but he proably spit the 50/50 back in floys face which will look bad when floyd rejects in a statment and Arum calls off the fight again. Pacquiao has already rejected and wants floyd to see the rejection on paper.
