The article clearly states that BOTH Top Rank & Golden Boy will await Floyd's response. This means that the proposal was worked (obviously) on between top rank & golden boy. One the proposal was finalized it was then sent to floyd for the nod (or signature).

I know what the article says. However, all information was obtained from Arum. So again, who is verifying this? There is nothing that says GBP has approved anything except Arum's word. Maybe you take that as gold. Some of us know better.
