Rather than coming to an agreement, it sounds more like Arum is giving Mayweather an ultimatum. Arum is basically saying "accept my terms now, or else I am going to have Pacquiao fight annother one of my fighters instead of you." Props to Mayweather if he agrees, but I wouldn't be too surprised if he doesn't.
