Arum is loosing credibility fast in this. It's pretty clear that he is only trying to double his own profits.

When was the last time Margarito showed he was a PPV draw?

      Never.

Who wants to see a Cotto rematch?

      No one.

And, by promoting both guys Bob gets much more money. He takes his percentage from Manny, the other guy, the ppv. You wonder why ODH and Floyd told Bob to go **** himself and they left him. And whoever loses Bob still wins. He's a ****ing cocsvcker.

Arum is full of ****. Most of us would rather see Pac in a competitive fight with an undefeated fighter rather than someone he's already beaten or a slow, plodding fighter. He's just afraid to put Pac in there with a good boxer who has speed also. He's afraid Pac will be exposed.

For those of you who will say that he's willing to fight Floyd, I don't see that contract signed yet, just a whole bunch of talk about fighting Cotto and Margarito.

If boxing is a business, then the Pac - Mayweather fight would have be signed a while ago. Arum is a big reason, why that fight won't happen. And he absolutely refuses to make fights outside his stable.

Before Cotto, What promotion were the last few fighters with?

Why would he fight a small name in Bradley, make relativily low amount of money and then split it with GBP, when he can make more money for himself if pac fought tony or Cotto?

Its business, and every promotion out there is guilty of it

As a promoter, I can understand his position. He want's to give exciting fights, but truth be told...he also wants the biggest profit, with a minimum amount of risk. From a financial perspective I can understand that. If $10Million was on the table, I much rather put Pac in with Margarito than Bradley, If I was Pac's promoter. I think Bradley presents more of a matchup problem for Pac than Marg. But as a fan, I would rather see the Bradley vs Pac matchup. So, I can not be upset with Arum for trying to do his job as a promoter. It just happens to contradict with my logic as a fan.

I'm talking about now, not before Cotto. And if Pac fought Clottey, what's wrong w/ Bradley? Their names hold even weight. No one wants to see a Cotto rematch, it'll be the same outcome. There's no need to even address Margarito.

Good point! Please remind this to some of the irrational posters when they say floyd ducked marg to fight baldomir or manny ducked zahir raheem to fight morales again.

he said timothy bradley isnt a household name, which is true, but neither was joshua clottey... and they hyped up that fight like it was ali-frazier, putting it in cowboys stadium and all, they had high hopes for that bout, but couldnt put up bigger numbers than mayweather-mosley in las vegas

arum is full of ***** and if pacquiao agrees to fight margacheato im done with him, and if he fights cotto at 151 he shouldnt be awarded any belt, to win belts you must fight at the weight limit, not no catch weight..

why not consider paul williams or andre berto, if hes the p4p champ, call them out..
