Good news, Freddie. Good news. Props to Manny if he complies to full testing too. As hard as I've ridden him, nothing would make me happier than to see him stand up and do that. Props to Floyd for proving his point and sticking to his guns. Now can these guys shut the **** up?

I also give props to Manny if he indeed agrees to full OST, I'd be the first to consider him an ATG if he can beat Mayweather on an even playing field.

What Roach means that Pacquiao will agree to everything Floyd is he means everything Floyd wanted for the March 13th fight. Which was 50-50, which was actually what Pacquiao asked for and Mayweather agreed to it, OST until 14 days, and that's it.

Roach doesn't mean Pacquiao will agree to the 60-40, OST randomly until the USADA decides to stop, which they decided to stop 18 days before the Mayweather-Mosley fight because they felt there was no indication the fighters were up to something but they were comfortable knowing they can still randomly test them any day up to the fight which that's the whole point of random testing.

So anyone getting all happy about this and start claiming "Hahaha now what Floyd is scared and all his demands are met lulz" don't get your hopes up. This was just Roach, who has nothing to do with negotiations, talking out of his ass again.

well howcome that same fighter wouldnt compromise before when everything was in his favor. how do we know what mayweathter team is doing..they could be compromising they could not be but the one thing they are doing is not going to the media every second like the two teams agreed to. so its not that mayweather scared or dosnt want to compromise but hes just sticking to what they said they would do..and i believe u said in the post early manny did gree to ost testing just not mayweather ost...im sorry but there is only one kind of ost that you can do and manny rejected it so that dosnt make sense

Only ONE side HAS HONORED the 'gag' rule. Roach wasn't SPECIFIC as to WHAT Olympic drug testing will be honored! 14 day cuttoff? Or...up to and on the DAY of the fight?? IS Pacquiao AGREEING to a 60/40 split ALSO?? Tells me that if the FIGHT isn't MADE they want it to look like Mayweather's FAULT!!
