That's what i was wondering lately, If Pac and his team truely believed that Mayweather wanted OST only to stop the fight from being made(never mind the fact that this theory is based on Floyd somehow knowing that Pac would refuse) why didn't they just call his bluff from the start?

they did..they agreed to it and roachsaid the agreed to it on camera and said mayweather will find another excuse to get out the fight but once he didnt back out then they said they werent doing ost testing anymore.thats when the problems happen..so roach is talking out his a** again he dosnt want to call mayweather bluff because he knows mayweather will sign and that they didnt get thebest deal they wanted out of the fight

sorry but Roach and Pac have been changing their position the whole time. First they agreed as long as they had a 3 day window, then 30 day with the test date being chosen by Pac's team, then they wanted 24 day cut off. Now after the fight fell through the first time and Mayweather is in a better position for the negotiation they have no choice really but to agree if they want the fight to happen. Pacquiao's team could have agree to all the things their asking for now in March, but they didn't budge.
