Pacquiao didn't refuse OST.. He refused Mayweathers terms on OST. If you can't understand how submitting to an opponent during negotiations doesn't affect you mentally, I can't help you.

I have yet to hear a reasonable explanation as to why he has been so quiet. Why wouldn't they want to be working on the fight? Does Team Mayweather want the fight? Simple questions. I don't understand why you respond to me the way you do.
