im going to make this real simple for you. floyd would not have to pay a fine to the NSAC for the JMM fight because the fight was a ww fight, he came in at 146lbs they had an agreed upon wt of 144 so he had to pay a fine of 600k to JMM . the ww limit is 147 by the way so how would he have to pay a fine to NSAC?

Penalty:Some other form of punishment, such as a fine or forfeit for not fulfilling a contract
So if Floyd Fulfills the contract and doesnt weigh over, then that penalty has absolutly no affect
It is a punishment for breaking a rule, so if he doesnt break the rule then there is no penaltyComment

I wouldn't call it bully tactics, only way that works is if Mayweather knew Pac was going to refuse. All i'm saying is there would be no doubt about Pac's ability or dedication simply because the Mayweather's were talking ****, it was Pac and his team's reaction to these, if he had brushed it off as a just an attemp at ducking him and accepted as he is now, the fight would have happened or Mayweather would have been exposed for not wanting the fight.Comment

I agree! In contracts there may be weight penalties.. like this. They had a stipulation, just as Manny added a stipulation about the weight.Comment

haha, do you even know what happened about the glove situation with Morales in teh 1st fight? find that answer first
and, arguing about this is dumb. 1st you said Manny "demanded" 8oz gloves, and mayweather bowed in. Thats clearly not the case at all since floyd always wore 8oz gloves.
The point is, IF floyd requested 10oz gloves in the first place then clearly he was being a little girl in negotiations since he never wore 10oz gloves except for 1 fight, and HE COMPLAINED about them. so why request them if he doesnt prefer them? just because Manny didnt want them? . You see this as floyd not getting what he wants and that concerns you more than anything.Comment

This is the big difference between a Pac fan and a *****. A Pac fan is dying to see the fight and hopes Manny agrees to everything the Fraud wants. A ***** is a certified ****riding creature who is terrified for his idol. A ***** even suggests what Fraud should get in the purse split and a no cutoff bs. This to a clean fighter the crackhead accused of cheating.Comment
