This is one of the seldom times that the loser of the last bout would probably make the bigger money split and choice of venue..
I dont want Cotto to fight margs again cause i think he should never be allowed to fight again.. but if Cotto thinks he can win and get his redemption then good luck to Cotto.. I think Cotto has a much better chance of winning because he has a much better corner now.. If he still had santiago i would put my life savings on Marg.. but Cotto wont make the same mistakes as before i hope..Comment

No I understand this and you are 100% right. I was just mentioning PR fighters in general because you never see them travel to Mexico and fight even if the Mexican fighter is holding all the cards in the match up.margs needs cotto not the other way around why would miguel allow this fight to be in a pro margs venue? the bottom line is margs career is on life support and a fight with cotto or pac is his only chance at a big payday. margs sold 15k for his ppv with garcia thats just pathetic especially when you think of the huge mexican american population in the states. sorry to break it to you margs fans but the split of money and location of the fight is not up to margs at all and he should be happy if he even gets this fight.
It just made me think of all the great fights between Mexican vs PR fighters they have always been held either in USA or PR.....Comment

can you give an example of a mexican fighter who was the draw or had the upper hand who fought in pr? i cant think of any off the top of my head but if there is an example you can give i dont know why he would allow a fight to be in pr when he should be dictating the terms. i actually have a lot of respect for a fighter who would do that because it shows he doesnt give a **** where the fight is held he just wants to fight. No I understand this and you are 100% right.
