Margarito vs Cotto in talks for december 4th

They're not talking about it publicly, and there's always a chance it won't happen, but Top Rank and HBO PPV are looking at Dec. 4 as the date for a possible Antonio Margarito-Miguel Cotto rematch. Margarito, of course, still needs to be licensed in the United States. And, of course, if Manny Pacquiao-Floyd Mayweather Jr. doesn't happen, all bets are off because Margarito and Cotto could become opponents for Pacquiao's November fight.

If this fight does get through..it will make a lot of money.. probably double from the first one. WIth all the storylines and hype it would be crazy.. just wonder if they will do it in NY instead of LV or CA...

I think Cotto should take one more fight before he fights Margarito. But Cotto is old school so kudos.

I would love to see the rematch, but I think Cotto should have another "tune-up" fight first. Maybe Berto or Perro & then fight Margarito next year right before the PR parade.
