Pacquiao is the only one making concessions here while floyd is thinking of new demands so that he wont have to fight pacman.

so if manny agrees to 40-60 split...what will floyd want then? oh he'll want the fight in a thirty foot ring or something
    Pac:

    Clottey: 700k
    Cotto: 1.25
    Hatton: 850k

Total: 2.8 Million PPV buyss (give or take a few depending on source)

    Floyd:

    Mosley: 1.4
    JMM: 1MM
    Hatton: 915k

Total: 3.315 Million PPV Buys (give or take a few depending on source)

Floyd sold about 500k more ppvs than Pac in their last 3 fights.

That is quite a bit of difference.. as a 500k ppv fight is a successful event in and of itself.

This is obviously leaving out the Oscar De La Hoya fight where FLoyd did 2.4 million and Pacquiao did 1.2 million.

Which is another 1.2 million difference in favor of Floyd.

Oh and two, "roughly the same" sounds like something an illiterate would say when faced with numbers that are at least FIFTEEN MILLION DOLLARS APART.

15 million is nothing in a fight that would generate hundreds of millions and you sure do make a case for floyd at every oppurtunity but oh oh i'm sorry you didn't actually say it. Maybe if you didn't make it so ***ing obvious what you are thinkging maybe you wouldn't confuse everyone.

What about all the PPV buys pac did at Featherweight, Jr lightweight, and Lightweight.

Why don't you factor that into your equation? Was Floyd even on PPV when he fought in those weight classes?

I dont understand at all what past numbers have anything to do with what the PPV numbers will be when they fight eachother

It suppose to be aroiund 3 mil buys and Mays top PPV is 1.4, so how does this amount give him 60%

Another way to look at it is if Floyd fights anyone else, he wont sell 1/2 the PPVs that he will sell with Pac, so a 50/50 split is fair as they will equally bring the same money in THIER fight

How exactly will past figthts influence the amount of people that will tune in for this fight

This is suppose to be the biggest fight ever because Pac is fighting Floyd, not because Floyd is just fighting some other guy

If he fights anyone else he won't even do the numbers he did with Mosley.
