epo is a hormone and most dnt give immediate results d/t their mechanism of action. but thats with the standard medical dose of 100 units/kg SC/IV 3x week. with this dosing u would normally see a 1 g/dl hgb bump in 4 weeks. now with that being said there r dosing schedules for pre-operation patients were u can triple the dose and give daily. but thats pretty dangerous and he would need anticoagulation therapy. i.e. heparin, which would be even more dangerous but manageable if his ptt was closely followed.

the calf pain that pacq keeps getting may expose him. if diagnosed as dvts then he is definitely on epo.

So i dnt think they are desperate enuff to use nuclear doses of epo.
but a safer option would be to use autologous blood transfusions like the cyclers.
You are a doctor or at least a med student right?

I don't want to question your knowledge BUT as you might know EPO is or at least was a common drug among bikeriders. They took while building up for the race and DURING the 3-week race itself, so I'm very confident in what I say is correct.

Someone needs to school manny on negotiations, he is shooting his wad up front and now Mayweather and golden boy are going to get all the little conciliatory demands built in.

And?....So you agree they both need "each other" to make tis kind of money right? Again, i'm talking about 1 fight, not Floyds next FEW fights, that the point.

          • Ok so Pac Fights a name opponent (Cotto) and Floyd Fights a name opponent(Mosely) and they do roughly the same numbers and Floyds the one who gets a bigger split?

Seriously we could play this game over and over again going thru all their PPV numbers and the end result is once again who gives a *** who makes more!?

You should of asked him who in the blue hell will Floyd actually fight?

I'll wait for you to tell me why Manny needs Floyd to make his biggest payday of his life.

Your post has nothing to do with my statement. Floyd has made more money than Manny and will continue to make more money than Manny after their fight if they fight.
                Yeah ok...we'll see in "24 months"..your pretty funny...Khan if he keeps winning..LOL

They did "roughly" the same? Really?

                  • Flyod is a genius at putting up demand after demand to agreements. But he puts them out slowly he doesn't say I need these 5 things.

He will say "I need this"
                    Opponents "Sure'
                    Flyod "this aswell"
                    Opponent "ok"
                    Flyod 'oh by the way'
                    Opponent "ahhh ok"

The he will say well the guy didnt want to fight me and I only wanted one thing done.

All mind games, Manny doesn't need this Flyod does. He lives above his means and realises people stop going to his matches cos their boring retires, comes back and people are interested again.

                    Flyod should be in marketing.

Oh yeah or as you said they could use transfusions of their own blood for safety reasons. Regardless of method the 14 day cut-off is useless. That's my point.
