Why would that be a joke?

It's not that incredible a thought.

I think he beats Froch by stoppage, which would put him in the semis.

In any case your comment is dumb, because it implies that Froch has never boxed in his life.

Abraham will probably beat Froch, but he was completely outclassed by Dirrell and would lose to Ward ten fights out of ten. Kessler-Abraham would be a pick 'em fight. Dirrell probably won't get through but if he somehow does, he'd beat Abraham in any rematch as well.

that fight was far from a master piece.
it didnt have one moment of clean action.
i would rather watch jermine taylor get ko'ed
fighting with guns blazing.the ref should have been
seperating them alot more.that head in chest hold and
hit fight turned the super six into the super sucks tornament

                  Ugly fight, Same result

Ward did what he had to do to win, Green should not even be in this tournament. I think Froch could do better but not win, Froch is by far more aggressive but lacks fundamentals. I think Direll has a good chance but he is a little kid and Ward is going to get in his head before the fight even starts.

I wasn't talking as if Froch never boxed in his life you dummy. What I meant by the comment was that people outside of boxing call it boring but have never boxed. Meaning they wouldn't know what it takes to win inside the ring and given the same opportunity if they were and the boring style would win, then they would do just that, box a boring winning style. I wouldn't expect you to know what I meant anyway cause chances are you've never stepped foot in a ring.

I didn't see Ward do anything dirty in there. He fought a hard-nosed, rough fight - a throwback kind of fight. And he was equally dominant on the outside. The opponent wasn't much but Ward did what he had to do. I don't know why anyone would complain about his performance.
