Don't get me wrong, I'm not saying he isn't good, that would be denial... No, ward is an excellent boxer but let's face it: he's the dirtiest elite boxer in the World and his fights are real borefests.
He's going to need mad promotion to eventually be able to sell pay-per-views because right now, I can't imagine any casual boxing fan who'd want to pay to watch that!
Exchange the word "dirty" with..... mixes his undeniable skill-set with a combination of "whatever it takes to get the job done"..... and I will agree with you

I hate it when a superb boxer gets worked over because he fights too clean, or because of inexperience doesnt know how to react when faced with "borderline" adversity.....

I like it that Ward has a bit of mongrel in him as well as insane skills.

Ward said this, immediately prior to the Green fight.....
" I will make you people love the dog in me "

Sometimes, without being blatantly dirty, there are little things that you can do to shake a fighter off his gameplan..... you can niggle them and get in their face, don't them them settle into the fight. Don't let them fight how they wanna fight.

Ward is showing good maturity, and great ability to adapt to his opponents strengths.
