"If he's holding I say let go he can still fight, but if I say stop he stops (I think that's what he says concerning the last part, it's hard to tell)."

Basically he telling Kessler that he should still fight even when he says let go instead of doing nothing. If he says stop, then they both need to stop. That's to Kessler's benefit. The alternative would be to say nothing and let Kessler continue thinking he can't fight and getting whacked in return.

That certainly was not a warning.

Yes, I said the 4th was wreckless but I don't see how it was intentional. It's clear as day that on the third one Kessler's glove pushed Ward's head.
