What really pisses me off about guys with Wards style in general is that I don't understand why it's ok to consistently hold and lead in with your head, but when the other guys pushes off, he always gets reprimanded.

If one guy is excessively clinching, if the ref isn't gonna do anything about it then the opponent should be allowed to push off.

If Ward ever leaves for Europe he'll have to show some more than just holding and butting. That **** only goes in Oakland.

I think the first head clash in the vid was end of round 3. You can see Ward point to his own head after the clash and Kessler screws up his face momentarily in pain as he returns to his corner. Could have been accidental though.

if u watch kessler too in the video u can see that in most cases hes as responsible as ward is. the last headbutt is the only one i think was intentional, or at least wards fault. the others were just both fighters dropping their heads at the same time to punch, kessler comes down with his head too its not just ward. its just that ward bends at the hip and keeps his head down as oposed to kessler who only bends his knees, so as they both come down the top of wards head hits kesslers face since he has that eastern european stand up kind of style.

there is no argument for ward being DQed for this, and it played no real role in the fight other than saving kesslers ass from a possible knockout in the last round.
