Even on the last one which was so blatant and brutal the ref says "watch your head" to Ward but it didn't even seem like an official warning.

He had cuts above and below both eyes. The most dissapointing thing is that Ward doesn't need to fight like that, or i at least assume he doesn't.

With any sport, doesnt matter which, the idea is to fake out/deceive the opponent, those things you named is simply Ward doing the unexpected, the opponent doesnt know what he's gonna do next, making the opponent tentative, gunshy, on his heels. Same thing will happen tonight.

The first two are clearly not intentional.

A video highlighting the panoply of clean effective punching Ward exhibited between the opening bell and the questionable head-clash in round 8 would be nice.

The third was one wasn't either. Kessler assisted in that one as his glove his the side of Ward's head causing their heads to come together. The fourth one was wreckless but it doesn't appear to be intentional.
