manny doesn't have to agree to it but they should of new this was gonna happen once floyd sighned to fight shane.manny and his team had everything they wanted except for the drug testin issue but those negotiations are over and now this is a new negotiation where floyd has more leverage after dominatin mosley,if manny and his team would of agreed to what they had to agree with the 1st time he wouldn't have to worry about this but they try to **** floyd over now floyd is gonna do the same thing.
