Pacquiao should have fought Raheem after the Morales rematch. I can understand having a rematch with the guy who beat you but I dont know why you would have a 3rd fight instead of fighting the guy who won a shutout against the guy who beat you.

1. because morales asked for the 3rd fight.

2. because raheem himself also lost his very next fight after beating morales

Using the same logic as yours, we can conclude that Manny has beaten a lot of good fighters past Manny's prime, because Pac got KO'ed by a nobody. It is a bit frustrating to know, that Cotto, Hatton, Barrera etc., were beaten by a shot fighter in Manny. Wonder how good Manny would have been in his prime.

According to the Mayweathers you dont improve after your prime either. It's not like Barrera was able to string wins together because his competition declined.
