He needs a big name. Nothing wrong with this fight.

Berto and him have the same manager you know that bro. The fight aint happening.
What is a win over Mosley really gonna do for Williams at this point? People were talkin crazy about what a win over Winky would do for Williams...it did nothing. Him beating Shane will be another name under his belt, but in retrospect it's as good a win as Camacho's win over Leonard. There are plenty of fighters he can go after within 3 divisions which nobody in Boxing can literally do. Him beating Mosley IMO is not making a huge statement.

Its just a name and right now thats what he needs. Winky was also name but Shane is a bigger one and it will bring a nice payday.

I don't mind this fight, any type of PW win positions him for a showdown with FMJ or Pac.
On the other side PW is probably the must overated fighter in the p4p at the moment, Cintron made him look extra ordinary, even a shot SSM is even money. Plus he's very Margarito-esque- Long, 100 punches a round, comes right at you, for SSM it would be a nice way to retire with a win over a well respected fighter.

Williams and Mosley is a good match:

          What do they gain?
          Williams -
Mosley - Name recognition - Mosley has made a career on fighting the very best competition, win, lose or draw. A Mosley name on the resume will add to Williams stock.

          Mosley
Mosley outclassing Williams can push Mosley to one last prize fight IMO. His day's are numbered and beating Williams will attract other talent - Martinez, Margarito, Berto, Pac, and maybe a rematch with Floyd.

          Quick Break down
Mosley has been in many fights, has the experience, is technically better than some of the opposition. Mosley could possibly head hunt Williams with that over hand right and Knock him out (it's possible and probable) ****m is one of the best trainers, expect Mosley to have a game plan...let's just hope he follows it.

Williams would have to keep that jab going, move away from Mosley when he tries to rush. Count on Mosley's puncher's mindset and become aggressive. Williams can slide back and catch him with the left. If Mosley decides to box; Williams can produce the jabs, utilize his reach and height, and keep moving away from Mosley's torpedo right.

          Peace

Shane don't want you Paul. If it happens I would be pleasantly suprised but I don't see it happening.

Good I hope hes shot to ****. Williams should easily beat his ass. Paul needs that type of win.

Mosley is still ranked Top 10 on the rings P4P list.

I can't front, Shane's stock went way down after the Mayweather fight. No shame in losing 2 Floyd but he looked like an old man who gassed out in just 2 rounds. Im not gonna knock Paul though, Shane is still a big name and why not retire his ass??? Getttt'em Paul!!!
