wouldn't pay to watch this fight. a younger, prime, bigger and more powerful lopez against a battle scarred, past prime and moving up fighter...more like a retirement fight and making the most out of it for marquez. and not surprisingly, lopez readily agreed...hell, he even pursued it just so he can prolong the time of not facing the real opposition in his division.

Rafas chin is as good as Khans. His defense is nothing to write home about either. Juanma have a better chin.

Vazquez has been 1 of the strongest at 122 and he landed a lot of punches. Khan has yet to prove his chin against someone with the punching power and relentlessness of Vazquez.

Don't think that just because Vazquez landed and went in as he pleased, that Lopez will. Few have that type of mentality. Lopez would have to try to take Rafa's legs by going downstairs. If he doesn't, I don't see him winning a firefight or a slow paced boxing match.

Juanma doesnt need to force anything, becaue he is taller and have more reach, so he will land from the outside. Marquez will be the one needs to get inside and let Juanma punch for him to counterpunch. and if he lets Juanma get off he is toast.

Rafa's counter punching and smartness are great, but other than he doesnt have anything on Juanma.

Isnt Gamboa a biger duck than Lopez. For how many years has Lopez been looking for a fight with Marqeuz and Vasquez. I agree is not Marquezs best time to fight a young good fighter. But he has been chased by Lopez for years. Talk about 2 ducks.
