I would say Pacquiao with a very slight edge.
With regards to fights and losses Some of us will say Pacquiao have lost and got knocked down. But he got up and dusted himself and become a lot better fighter than he was.
Mayweathers unbeaten record is also questioned with the fighters that he should have fought but did'nt fight.

Therefore if both decided to fight once and for all.I think this perceived blemishes on their resume will be forgotten and become irrelevant.

Not sure what to make of Clottey, he kind of turns up to lose

He beat Judah, and basically fought to a standstill with Cotto. I think Clottey would beat Berto and would probably pick him to outpoint Shane, for what that's worth.

bottomline is at this point in their careers, pac will go down as a greater fighter than floyd all time. floyd of course can make it easy for himself if he wants to overtake pac...he just needs to fight and beat him convincingly. a close win would not have a big impact imo. or floyd can go up and fight martinez or willimas for example and produce a dominating win. sadly, even the pac fight is not sure to happen...maybe floyd doesn't really care about his legacy so his supporters and fans should not be complaining about floyd not getting this and that award.

Clottey has a fear of success, he always finds a way to come up short in his big fights. He deserved to get the nod in the Cotto fight, Shane/Clottey is 50/50 fight imo. Its still a good win, I hope he eventually fights Bradley

Floyd Mayweather has by far the better resume. He beat 100x better version of Oscar, in OSCARS WEIGHT CLASS, than Pacquiao did, KO'd Chico Corales, beat a better not shot version of Hatton, and unlike Pacquiao BEAT Juan Manuel Marquez, which everybody who knows anything know's Manny did not do, and of course his masterful performance in a near shutout victory over #1 ranked WW Shane Mosley who Pac refused to fight at 147 because in their own words "HE'S TOO GOOD."

Manny was beat by Erik Morales and didn't rematch him until years later when he had slid to a C class fighter and had come off a brutal beating at the hands of Zahir Raheem. Then he beats the worst version of DLH the world has ever seen and this was his major claim to fame, because it was hyped up as if Manny was the underdog when in reality DLH shouldn't even have been in the ring, for his own health and safety. He also beat a shot Ricky Hatton, over rated weight drained never been very good Miguel Cotto who had been destroyed by Margarito, and then dodged a fight with Floyd and instead put on a circus show with Clottey, robbing the few that paid to see it of their hard earned money.

There really is no comparison between the two, Floyd has done much more in his career than Manny and until Manny takes on a real contender at the top of his game he will never have the respect of those who know about boxing and will continue to receive false praise by Pinoy's and people who only read magazines. His titles are phony, and mark my words, he will be 154 champ when he beats up Cotto again and takes Cotto's title. He's never beat a real contender for any title since moving up in weight, unlike Floyd who fights bigger guys at their natural weights and dominates them.

And let's not forget another difference in their resumes in that Manny was knocked out cold in early rounds by D rated Filipino fighters whereas Floyd has never been close to being knocked out, aside from the flush shot Mosley landed in round 2 back in May, but we all know what happened over the next 10 rounds and it wasn't pretty for Shane.

                      Floyd by a landslide.
