That's why I beleive that Cotto's name is being thrown out there. I trully beleive that Pacman wants the PBF fight but since the day Pacman agreed to the 14 day drug policy nothing has been said from PBF camp, they are just using Cotto's name to get PBF sign a contract.

Now let me make this clear to the PBF fans. I'm not saying that PBF doesn't want to fight, he is just probably including some clauses to the contract (twicking every detail) to get the mo$t benefit$ out of this fight and you know PBF is very good at that but this wait might be making Pacman's camp a little concern.

Anyway I beleive that both fighters want to face each other, just 2 different promotional companies negotiating every details and logistics of the biggest fight of the last 2 decades, will take some time.
